Specialised Needs Support
We design with accessibility in mind: clear lines of travel, labelled zones, and layouts that reduce reach, bend and risk.
Safety fundamentals
- Clear pathways (90cm+ where possible), no floor storage.
- Frequently used items within shoulder-to-knee height.
- Slip-resistant bins; cables secured; step-stools with handle.
Memory & cognitive support
- Photo labels or colour-coded dots on containers.
- Simple category names (e.g., “Breakfast”, “Cleaning”).
- Visible daily-use caddy; weekly habit list on door.
NDIS-friendly documentation
On request, we can provide a simple plan outlining goals, hazards addressed, and maintenance steps to support care coordination.
Session format
- Short goals chat with participant/carer.
- Measure + risk scan, then plan zones.
- Action, label, and test pathways.
- Handover: habit sheet + photos.
- Optional: follow-up check-in.
